One bedroom studio all utilities included we do background and credit check your credit score must be 650 or higher it is on ground level floor we are pet friendly but it's an extra $25 a month for a pet these would be the following things that I would need from you if you are interested in a place after we do a showing avail at ID proof of income of pay stub an email address so we can have an email sent to you to do a background and credit check we must need the security deposit down to hold the place while we are waiting for the background and credit check to come back if you are interested please let me know I am available Mondays Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays from the hours between 10:00 and 3:30 thank you
