This role sits at the center of our operation — balancing driver relationships, customer expectations, and real-time problem solving to keep freight moving safely and successfully.

🔧 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Dispatching and coordinating drivers daily
• Managing ETAs, delays & shipment updates
• Updating TMS systems and customer portals
• Setting pickup & delivery appointments
• Posting trucks & calling on freight
• Tracking detention, layover & accessorial charges
• Supporting drivers through challenges
• Applying DOT HOS knowledge
• Maintaining professionalism — even during stressful situations

You will be expected to operate with urgency, accuracy, and accountability.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years transportation experience preferred (not required)
• Strong multitasking & organizational skills
• Confident communicator
• High-energy, team-oriented mindset
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• CDL-A preferred but not required

Transportation doesn’t always run 9–5. This role may require occasional after-hours availability for emergencies.
