We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Full-Time Property Maintenance Worker to join our team. No two days are the same in this hands-on role — you’ll tackle a variety of maintenance tasks across our residential and commercial properties. Position Details: Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on skill set and experience
Schedule: Full-time
Employment Type: W-9 (Independent Contractor) position
What You’ll Do: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on properties with regard to skill set.
Engage in basic household renovation repairs such as painting, flooring, carpentry, and minor repairs.
Respond to tenant maintenance requests.
Clean out apartments and complete the unit transition process.
Conduct inspections and identify potential issues.
Keep properties in top condition for our tenants and owners.
Work independently and as part of a small team.
Ideal Candidate: Has strong hands-on maintenance and repair skills.
Is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work.
Can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Previous property maintenance or handyman experience is preferred.
