A Sam Farms is looking for a dependable Farm Mechanic to help keep our tractors, trucks, and farm equipment running smoothly. This is a permanent position with flexible full-time or part-time hours for the right person.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and repair tractors, trucks, and various farm implements
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Perform oil changes, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance
- Weld, fabricate, and make field repairs when needed
- Keep the shop space organized and equipment safe and ready to work
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working on farm or heavy equipment (diesel & gas engines)
- Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule & Pay:
- Permanent position (full-time or part-time available)
- Daytime hours; some weekends during busy seasons
