We are seeking one hardworking and versatile individual to join our team for a unique hybrid role. This position is perfect for a "jack-of-all-trades" who enjoys variety of work rather than doing the same thing every day.
Main responsibilities:
-Construction: assisting with various building and repair projects
-Concrete Coatings: Preparing surfaces and applying specialized coatings (experience is a plus!)
-Janitorials/Maintenance: extractions, power washing, air vent cleaning, strip and wax, etc.
Qualifications:
-Comfortable switching between heavy labor and detail-oriented tasks
-Reliable transportation/driver's license, strong work ethic, working cell phone
-Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently/with a team
-Physical stamina for demanding work at times.
