RZ350 Yamaha OEM 48H cylinders w/new .020" over piston kits.RZ 350 RD
I've had these since 92 and came from a RZ350 1984 with 2900 miles, These were to be spares for my bike, but that's all over now. I had these professionally honed to fit included piston kits and then had them re-checked decades later by a someone I worked with in a machine shop, and he said they were very good all the way through using a precision bore gauge and the data out of the OEM RZ service manual..
He was measuring in the ten thousands of an inch.
I can't say for certain the ports were chamfered so be sure to check that before installation. Coolant drain bolts and sealing washers will be included. No porting has been done to these cylinders.
These are not reproduction cylinders, they are Original Equipment Manufacture.

This is off a 1984 Yamaha RZ 350 2 stroke liquid cooled street bike and was the basis for the 350 Banshee sold in the U S starting in 1987. Head is stock and has not been milled, nor does it require milling. Temp sensor in place and is assumed working.

These have been removed and bagged since 1992 from a bike that had 2900 miles on it. I don’t see weather checking on the rubber intake boots when flexed so sealing is assured.

My spare CDI unit has been protected in a farraday cage tin for decades and was never needed, came from a 1984 model RZ350 with 2900 original miles parted out in 1992. Was tested on my bike before it went into storage.

I've had these since 92 and came from a bike with ~ 2900 miles, These used parts were to be spares for my bike, but that's all over now. All parts are used but in good condition including the seals and o-rings. I would not hesitate reusing them. These haven't been used since prior to 1993. I have had them stored safely all this time, so all parts were present.
